Terms of Use

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or violate applicable laws/regulations.
• Upload or link to harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content (e.g., phishing/malware).
• Interfere with the Service, bypass security, reverse engineer, or probe systems without consent.
• Create QR codes that deceive or harm users (e.g., malicious redirects, impersonation, fraud).
• Resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service without our written permission.

3) Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

• Plans and pricing appear on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime in your account; access continues through the current term.
• Downgrades may limit features or historical analytics.

4) Payments & Taxes

• Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal (or equivalent processors).
• Charges occur at purchase or renewal; prices may exclude taxes which are added where required.
• Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Refunds: see our Policies (3-business-day window; conditions apply).

5) Intellectual Property

The Service (software, UI, design, and branding) is owned by Queue QR and protected by IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) User Content & License

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create incidental copies of your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent you have necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payments, auth, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those tools. We aren’t responsible for third-party practices.

8) Service Availability & Changes

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
• Beta/experimental features may be offered with reduced or changing support.
• We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted, Queue QR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers/limits; provisions apply to the extent permitted.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queue QR and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, payments, disclaimers, limits, indemnities) shall survive.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.

13) DMCA & IP Claims

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@queuedevelop.com with details sufficient to identify the material and your rights. We will review according to applicable law.

14) Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., receipts, security alerts). You can opt out of marketing at any time.

15) Changes, Entire Agreement & Severability

• We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
• These Terms (plus any plan-specific terms) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
