Accessibility Statement

Queue QR is committed to providing a website and application that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We’re continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant standards.

Target conformance: WCAG 2.2 Level AA (in progress; see “Measures” and “Known limitations” below).

Accessibility preferences

You can control certain interface behaviors. We will remember these settings on this browser.

  • Reduce motion: limits decorative animations (e.g., scroll reveals).
  • High-visibility focus: clear outlines on interactive elements.

Our commitment

We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 Level AA across core user journeys: generating QR codes, saving codes, viewing analytics, and managing accounts.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and headings.
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus outlines.
  • Color contrast checks for text and UI controls.
  • Accessible names/labels for form controls.
  • Responsive layout and text zoom support.
  • Reduced-motion mode and respects prefers-reduced-motion.

How we test

  • Manual keyboard testing (no mouse).
  • Automated checks (axe/lighthouse) on key pages.
  • Screen reader spot checks (NVDA/VoiceOver).
  • Cross-device testing for zoom and reflow.

Compatibility & technical specs

Queue QR is designed to work with modern browsers that support current HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards.

  • Supported: Latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
  • Mobile: iOS Safari, Chrome for Android (recent versions).
  • We do not guarantee full support for Internet Explorer or very old browser versions.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party content (e.g., embedded payment or auth widgets) may not fully meet WCAG criteria; we monitor vendor updates and provide alternatives when feasible.
  • Older PDFs or externally hosted files may not be fully accessible; contact us for an accessible alternative.
  • Decorative animations are disabled by “Reduce motion,” but very small transitions may remain for usability.
