User Behavior Policy

  • Use the site and apps lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Do not upload, post, or link to unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Protect your login credentials; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may remove content or suspend access for violations of these guidelines.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the original purchase.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Add-on fees or payments beyond the 3-day window are non-refundable.
  • Method: All refunds follow our payment provider’s policies and anti-fraud checks.

Payment Policy

  • Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (and equivalent processors).
  • Timing: Charges occur at purchase or renewal unless canceled per your plan terms.
  • Security: Card data is processed by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Account Data: name, email, password (hashed), and optional profile info.
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and interactions (for security and analytics).
  • Transaction Data: plan, billing status, limited payment metadata from processors (no full card storage).
  • QR Analytics Data (your business use): aggregated scan counts, timestamps, device types, and location signals (when available) tied to your QR codes.
  • Support Data: messages you send to support and related metadata.
  • Cookies & Similar: preferences, session, functional and (where applicable) analytics/ads cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, secure, and improve Queue QR services and features.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce terms.
  • Process subscriptions and billing; provide receipts and notices.
  • Deliver support, service updates, and critical communications.
  • Analyze product usage to improve reliability and performance.
  • Where permitted, send marketing (you can opt out at any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.
